Arctic Monkeys unwrap their third album, entitled Humbug on August 25, 2009.

Humbug features 10 brand new Arctic Monkeys’ songs and was produced by Josh Homme in the Mojave Desert and Los Angeles and James Ford in Brooklyn. Fans can now pre-order the album in bundle form, with a collectible, limited edition poster, from the band’s website:

US CLUB DATES ANNOUNCED

The band are pleased to announce 3 headline shows in the US, alongside their performances at All Points West (Saturday 1st August) and Lollapalooza (Saturday 8th August).

Wed, Aug 5 - Paradise, Boston

Fri, Aug 7 - August - Metro, Chicago

Pre-sale tickets will only be available to Arctic Monkeys registered members. You must sign-up and then sign-in here (members only need sign in) to be sent an email with the activation password and pre-sale ticketlinks for all 3 shows.

Pre-sale tickets will be available from 5:00 am EST on Tuesday 23rd June. Tickets for the Boston and Chicago shows go on general sale from 12 noon Saturday 27th June. The general onsale date for the New York show is to be announced.
